Geof’s Messages

Regrets are unrealistic expectations from your ego which are meaningless and generated from self-pity.  Regrets are useless energy that will impede your development as a soul. You were supposed to be doing just as you did and nothing less. Regrets require you to focus on the past and the past does not exist. It takes away the energy to create in the present moment. Regrets are based many times on living our lives based on the decisions of others. Regrets are an appalling waste of energy. You cannot build on regrets, you cannot grow from regrets, and all you can do in bury yourself deep in frustration and second guessing.
There are two types of regrets that I experience from individuals most frequently in readings. First there are the regrets for not doing something a certain way. As if you should have had the insight to know that you should have done things differently. Usually someone took some type of action and now they second guess that action and think they should have done more. If we spend all our day second guessing every decision we make then we would miss the opportunities to create in the present moment.  The second types of regrets are for not doing anything at all. You cannot take responsibility for someone else’s choices; you are only responsible your own choices. It is not reasonable to think you can control someone’s freewill.
Again, when someone second guesses their past actions then they are living in the past. Why waste energy on something you cannot change from the past?  I encourage you to focus on your current actions and always do the best they can do at any given moment.  Live in the precious present!

Let it Be

As an individual soul we can not know all there is to know about every situation and circumstance of our lives; especially the lives of those we love.  Our way, our concerns, our desires and our needs are not always the way of the universe.  Our energy can be used in any given day on fretting over the questions who, what, when, where and the all almighty energy drawer: why! Imagine the energy we expend daily on the whys when we could be healing ourselves and others with the energy of acceptance.  Love has no boundaries, and the abundance of love is an endless. Do not allow your ego to endlessly rob you of the peace and joy you deserve.  Surrender to the fear of your ego. Let it be, accept and allow the truth of each moment shine.   Wisdom comes from living in the present moment and embracing the love that is eternally yours.

As I stand by the mighty Pacific and experience the glory of her waves clapping over the  rocks, dancing so rhythmically, I become aware of the constant cycle of life.  The only thing constant is change and with each wave I accept, allow and recognize the continuity and cyclic nature of life. Change is a constant cycle in all of life with no exceptions. All things come and all things go, but only to return again. But an ending is only the beginning of something new. When a loved one passes, or a relationship ends, or you encounter an illness this new beginning is often perceived by your ego as a painful and uncomfortable ending.  Imagine your loved one leaving the town train station and from your point of view you see them go and say good-bye. But from your loved one’s point of view the train takes them to a new world, the world of spirit and many loved ones who have departed before them are there to welcome them with a friendly hello.  Good-byes are hellos! Spirit Friends

Our friends in Spirit surround each of us and help us to complete the work we are to accomplish in this lifetime. We are encouraged by spirits to feel through our life experiences to the fullest extent. They support us so that we can grow and fully blossom with flowers of hope, love, peace, faith and pure joy. We are coached by spirits in the game of life; they speak through our friends, our music, our books and all our experiences.  We are listened to by our friends in spirit and they accept us for who we are. They walk side by side with us through our journey of life and guide us when we so desire to be helped. Spirits care and comfort us when we open our hearts and allow them in. They celebrate our birthdays, anniversaries, promotions, holidays and share in our successes. They find joy in sharing experiences that are truly meaningful, peaceful, happy, healthy and blessed.

Random Acts of Kindness

 

James van Praagh has touched the lives of so many people both here and in heaven.  I want to use him as an example to show you the power of kindness.  I met James, for the very first time (at least in this lifetime…lol) attending a conference in beautiful Mount Shasta this summer.  Talk about the power of intention or as it is more commonly is called now the Law of Attraction. I hoped and visualized meeting him one day after studying his books for years!

 

He very graciously agreed to help me to extend my mediumship services since I am new to Southern California . There is no greater marketing tool or program then the use of the name of the leader, pioneer and promoter of the theories and practice of mediumship. He has asked nothing of me and only wants to help me to help others. Through his kindness I have had the opportunity to meet many new clients (and Spirits) and have helped many dozens of people just this month. 

 

James’ kindness extends to me and I have extended it to you. How have you extended this kindness?  Have you healed yourself or others with this energy?  Have you discovered your higher self or the peace and joy that is yours in abundance all around you.  The laws of nature are so prevalent around us. Throw a rock into the water and watch the vibrational wave move out in all directions. Take a moment and imagine how just one of your random act of kindness; that smile, those words of encouragement, that hug has affected so many other souls. .  You get to choose how you express yourself to the whole Universe with every thought, feeling and act. What is your vibrational wave offering to others as it dances from you at this moment?

 

I was able to offer peacocks, elephants, Ritz crakers with butter, a teddy bear and a balloon with an important message in readings this month to help those who asked me to help connect them with their loved ones.  Imagine how James’ act affected your life and your loved ones lives! I know he affected mine in many ways because we would not have had the opportunity to share, explore and heal without this random act of kindness. And this vibrational wave of kindness continues to grow and move outward searching to touch the hearts of others.
